Smoked using our organic Apple and Quince wood cuttings, this garlic is a great compliment to any savoury dish, especially pasta's and Asian dishes, but my favourite is with fish as you can taste all the complexities of the Smoked Garlic. Small approx 3 large bulbs and Large 6 bulbs.
